ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - architect / engineer / cad - job employment

General Contractor looking for an assistant project manager with at least 2 years of construction experience in Residential and Commercial interior renovation projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Produce and manage photo logs of all projects weekly.

Manage daily employees sign in log.

Implement site safety program.

Schedule materials delivery.

Manage and track RFI's, submittals, updated drawings, etc.

Attend walkthroughs and job site meetings.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCad. Be able to produce shop drawings and sketches.

Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Understand construction drawings to produce materials take-off.

OSHA certificate holder.

62 Hrs SST.
